This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of health & safety and compliance across a dynamic, multi-service organisation. If you’re someone who enjoys influencing culture, driving improvements, and operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level.
Responsibilities
* Act as the go‑to expert for all health & safety matters across the business
* Drive improvements in compliance, processes, and overall safety culture
* Lead investigations into incidents and ensure lessons are learned
* Manage audits, inspections, and performance tracking
* Oversee key accreditations and quality standards, including ISO frameworks
* Support and guide managers to embed best practice in their teams
* Deliver training and promote awareness across the workforce
* Work with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and insurers
Qualifications
* Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH)
* Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance frameworks
* Experience managing audits, accreditations, or quality systems
* Background in a senior or leadership‑level role
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
