Job Description: This is an exciting time to join the Heathrow People Team as a People Transformation Manager. You will play a leading role in a large-scale transformation programme that will redefine people processes and technologies, elevating the strategic impact of the People function. This transformation aims to improve the colleague experience and support Heathrow's organisational strategy. Reporting to the Head of People Transformation, you will be responsible for one of three programme workstreams, collaborating with People Team centres of excellence, internal stakeholders, and external technical experts.
The scope includes projects in Position Management, Learning, Resourcing, Reward & Benefits, Case Management, Data, and User Experience, including the optimisation of Heathrow's Oracle Fusion system and new technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and scope People transformation projects with stakeholders.
2. Act as a subject matter expert on People technologies and processes, bringing external best practices.
3. Manage a portfolio of projects from business case to benefits realization.
4. Embed transformation into core processes organization-wide.
5. Use data and insights for decision-making and performance assessment.
Requirements: Proven leadership in similar People transformation programmes, experience in complex environments, excellent communication skills, strong data and analytical skills, resilience, and adaptability. Preferred experience includes delivering projects on the Oracle Fusion system.
