* Lead internal audits, reporting findings and driving timely close‑out of actions.
* Act as the key contact for external certification audits across all territories.
* Conduct supplier audits and support supplier improvement activities.
* Monitor changes in regulatory and ISO requirements and ensure internal processes remain compliant.
* Lead NCR, root cause analysis and CAPA processes to address systemic issues.
* Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring changes are controlled and documented.
* Oversee customer feedback and complaint‑handling, ensuring investigations and closures meet service levels.
* Lead lessons learned processes and ensure insights translate into meaningful improvements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with operational, SHEQ and regional teams to embed a strong quality culture.
* Support supplier evaluation and onboarding from a quality perspective.
* Provide data‑driven insight to support supplier performance reviews and commercial decisions.
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
* Deliver quality training and awareness sessions across departments and regions.
* Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards and quality insights to leadership.
* Act as a subject‑matter expert on process consistency, ISO requirements and best practice.
