Vision for Education are looking for a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to work in a Primary School in the Huntingdon area of Cambridgeshire. You will be working with children who have a variety of special educational needs, on a one-to-one basis and also within small focus groups. About the role You will be working with children who have a range of special educational needs including children with a diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism. These children can be prone to emotional outbursts and require a calm and therapeutic approach to enable them to feel safe and understood. This role could be temporary-to-permanent, after a successful period there may be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.
