Responsibilities
* Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for fee earners, business services, and graduate roles
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong talent pipelines
* Manage and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
* Oversee agency relationships and negotiate favourable terms
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity targets, and legal standards
* Work and communicate well with the existing team
About you
* I am looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused, with a deep understanding of legal recruitment.
* Proven experience in legal or professional services recruitment (in-house or agency)
* Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders and partners
* Knowledge of recruitment systems, tools, and best practices
* A passion for DEI and an understanding of how to embed inclusive hiring practices
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
