Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a PE backed SaaS firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Commercial Finance Analyst for 3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Commercial Finance Analyst for a 3 month contract and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Build and maintain commission models in Excel to support the business while the new commissions tool is being implemented.
* Translate existing commission structures and incentive schemes into clear, accurate financial models.
* Support the implementation of the new commissions system by assisting with model validation and ensuring alignment with current processes.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the new commissions tool, identifying issues, documenting findings, and working with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
* Produce and maintain commercial performance reports to support business decision-making.
* Develop and deliver KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy and providing insights into performance against targets.
* Analyse commission and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operational teams to ensure reporting and commission calculations meet business requirements.
* Enhance and optimise existing Excel models and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Profile:
The ideal candidate for this interim Commercial Finance Analyst role will have strong model building skills, experience working with large data sets whilst also having a strong commercial acumen.
You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is an fast growing PE backed SaaS firm based in London. Please note that this role will be based in the clients Central London office 3 days per week.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim Commercial Finance Analyst role will be paying circa £350-400 per day, dependant on experience.
