Purpose of the Role
As the Client Planning Director, you will be instrumental in delivering industry-leading integrated client planning and service. Working with the Client Partner, you will contribute to multi-market, multi-channel campaign planning for our key brand within the agency, Sage Campaigns.
You will lead responses to briefs, campaign innovation, activation, and insights. Collaboration with internal teams, Sage measurement & insight, and operations will be essential. You will also oversee client satisfaction and support cross-Dentsu growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with mid-level clients daily, fostering retention, growth, and satisfaction.
* Identify business development opportunities using knowledge of dentsu products and services to craft innovative, value-driven solutions.
* Brief and oversee internal teams to meet client requirements.
* Define media roles across channels aligned with strategic plans, ensuring consistent planning processes.
* Stay updated on industry developments across the media landscape.
* Demonstrate digital expertise across all channels.
* Showcase iProspect’s planning expertise through thought leadership and case studies.
Key Skills
* 5+ years of experience in developing and nurturing client relationships.
* 5+ years of experience leading planning across channels.
* Familiarity with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuances.
* Experience in people management.
