Overview
My reputable global client is looking for Production Operatives to join its team in Aldershot on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 shifts. Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will work alongside other shift-based operatives.
Candidates will be made permanent after an initial 13 week trial period.

About you
Whilst previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred and will be an advantage, full training will be provided to develop the necessary skills for this role. The Production Operative will be able to train in multiple areas, providing a multi-skilled and flexible team.

Qualifications and attributes
* Minimum Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Able to prioritize workload to achieve deadlines
* A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own
* Have good attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willing to learn new skills
Role requirements
* Follow health and safety policies and procedures and be proactive in supporting a positive health and safety culture
* Adhere to defined procedures and performance standards to ensure operations are compliant with the required quality standards to meet customer requirements
* Participate in proactive problem-solving exercises to address any issues impacting production
* Communicate with all team members to ensure that a high-quality handover takes place
* Understand basic numerical data required to operate to the required production standards
* Work well on own initiative and as a member of various teams within the Operations function
* Become a valued multi-skilled operator that can work multiple roles
