Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide a high‑visibility, proactive security presence across the site.
* Respond rapidly and effectively to fire alarms, medical incidents and environmental emergencies.
* Support and actively contribute to the Emergency Response Team, including training and daily planning.
* Maintain and inspect specialist emergency equipment to operational standards.
* Conduct internal and external patrols, searches and incident reporting.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and security procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Valid SIA Front Line Licence (or willingness to obtain – fully funded).
* Ability to pass a medical and fitness assessment (including breathing apparatus).
* Strong communication skills and professional approach.
* Flexible to work days, nights and weekends.
* Ability to pass security vetting and random drug/alcohol testing.
* Basic to intermediate IT skills.
Desirable:
* FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care) qualification.
Note: Due to breathing apparatus requirements, candidates must be clean‑shaven or maintain a tightly trimmed goatee‑style beard for safety compliance.
