Building Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance and administration of this newly completed office building located in Bristol. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in facilities / building management, exceptional leadership ability and a commitment to provide a safe, comfortable and productive environment for tenants and visitors.
Key responsibilities
* Facilitating the smooth management of the building
* Create a community culture
* Participating in meetings with contractors, service providers and tenants
* Procurement and instruction of planned and reactive maintenance
* Engage with clients and build relationships while reporting any issues or accidents
* Use CAFM systems
* Monitor contract performance to required standards
* Schedule H&S audits
* Work with sustainability improvements and measures to deliver a positive impact
Qualification and Requirements
* 3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role
* Confident knowledge of M&E along with CAFM systems
* Experience with commercial facilities management
* Understanding of health and safety regulations
* Strong client facing abilities with examples of maintaining positive relationships
* IOSH or NEBOSH
Salary
* Up to £45k DOE
