ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Assistant to join our passionate team at the Bamford luxury members club in the Cotswolds.
If you have experience in delivering exceptional service, we would like you to be the welcoming face of our wellness club, ensuring each member's experience is seamless and memorable.
With a warm and friendly personality, you will greet all members and guests and ensure they receive a 5* star service in the relaxed restaurant, which boasts a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients, or on the open-air, sunlit terrace overlooking the surrounding orchard.
SALARY
£12.60 per hour plus tronc
HOURS
40 hours including weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Greet members and guests and take orders promptly with a friendly, professional attitude.
2. Deliver food and drink orders with precision, ensuring correct order and presentation, and timely delivery.
3. Respond to guest requests promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
4. Work with the manager and chefs to stay updated with our menu offerings and produce.
5. Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
6. Ensure high standards in service, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
7. Complete e-learning modules to improve skills and support development.
8. Align with our sustainability vision by driving social and environmental improvements, contributing to our B Corp journey.
9. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive impact.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
1. Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe within a luxury hospitality environment.
2. High standards and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
3. A customer service professional with a positive, bubbly personality and natural flair for luxury service.
4. Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling issues, escalating when necessary.
5. A keen eye for detail.
6. Proactive approach to work.
7. High level of written and spoken English.
8. Personal appearance of a very high standard at all times.
