Hamilton Woods is a growing recruitment firm, specialising in Finance and Housing. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to assist with the expansion of their Housing and Property Services division. After training, the role will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, with the other 3 at our Head Office in Castle Donington.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant include:
Keeping in regular contact with prospective/new/existing clients daily through sales calls, catch-up calls and general market update calls
Acting as the point contact for clients who require Housing and Property related professionals across the Public and Private sector industries
Qualifying sector candidates whilst offering outstanding levels of service
Utilising a variety of innovative and traditional solutions, to ensure we reach both passive and active candidates in a highly competitive marketplace
Advertising vacancies, building talent pools, and resourcing candidates on active vacancies Benefits of the Recruitment Consultant include:
