About the Role
In line with planned expansion, they are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead their estimating division and help secure new projects and growth across their portfolios.
Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will manage tenders.
* Develop pricing strategies.
* Work closely with the commercial, bid, and delivery teams.
* Ensure accuracy and value - collaboration at every stage.
Qualifications
* You will need to have come from a main-contractor background.
Required Skills
* A passion for building.
* Excellent commercial acumen.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in managing estimating divisions.
