Wates are looking for a Senior SHE Advisor to join our team in the Northern Home Counties area to focus on supporting the project teams in delivering Health and Safety excellence across technically complex projects.

About The Role
As our Senior SHE Advisor you can expect to:
1. Conduct regular site visits to ensure project safety and compliance, providing coaching and support to project leads and regional leadership in risk identification and mitigation.
2. Lead investigations into incidents, guiding project teams on investigation techniques, while also ensuring timely completion of project risk assessments and plans.
3. Champion the use of EcoOnline for incident recording and action tracking, while supporting local project teams and regional leadership in bid preparation, emphasizing risk awareness in design and pre-construction phases.
**In this particular role, you can expect to lead the Health and Safety across multiple projects.
