In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to support Apprenticeship Recruitment. You will interview and assess applicants, match applicants to vacancies, and provide information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants to support the Business Development Team in maximising the number of successful apprenticeships.
We are looking for someone with a good standard of education to Level 2 or equivalent in a business-related subject (including English and maths), and ideally with up-to-date knowledge of Apprenticeships.
You should have experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, and experience of coordinating, managing, and monitoring a complex workload.
You will need excellent oral and written communication skills and a high degree of personal drive and motivation to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
