Primary SEMH Teacher
 Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire (NG31)
 Start Date: Asap
 Contract: Long-term cover with potential for a permanent role
 Pay: Paid to scale (£31,650 - £43,607)
 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher to work in a specialist SEMH setting in Grantham. You'll be delivering a tailored curriculum in a small class setting, supporting both the academic development and emotional wellbeing of students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Your Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and support learners
Use relational, trauma-informed approaches to build trust and promote positive behaviour
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, pastoral staff and external support services
Track and adapt learning based on individual needs and progress
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff and families 
What We Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience supporting children with SEN or SEMH needs
A nurturing, resilient approach to teaching and behaviour support
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
