About The Role
In this Senior Engagement Manager role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex client programs. You'll serve as a strategic partner to senior executives, leading workstreams in strategy, operating model design, and transformation management. Beyond just creating a slide deck, you will influence outcomes, implement tangible change, and help shape our firm's future.
Job Requirements
* 10+ years of consulting expertise, including recent experience with a top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Big 4, Etc)
* Led numerous end-to-end strategy execution and business transformation projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
* Combines strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive program success.
* Builds and maintains trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives.
* Skilled in storyboarding and developing visually engaging presentations and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experienced in managing and mentoring high-performance consulting teams.
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
