Key Responsibilities Deliver Lessons : Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Assess Progress : Regularly assess and report student progress, adapting teaching as needed. Classroom Management : Create a positive learning environment that encourages good behaviour. Support Students : Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic growth. Engage Parents : Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
