Overview
The Growth Executive (Digital & CRM) is responsible for supporting qualified pipeline growth through structured digital outreach, CRM execution, and data-led delivery.
The role focuses on operational excellence in HubSpot, digital and email outreach execution, and accurate lead management. It treats HubSpot as a commercial enablement tool, ensuring campaigns, reporting, and pipeline hygiene are maintained to a high standard and support sales effectiveness.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building, testing, improving, and scaling activity. It is not a strategy-setting or people-management role.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot Execution & CRM Hygiene
* Act as the day-to-day operator of HubSpot for pipeline creation and reporting
* Build, maintain, and update pipelines, lifecycle stages, and BANT-aligned fields
* Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, accuracy, and consistency
* Create and maintain dashboards covering:
* sales activity
* pipeline creation
* conversion rates
* velocity / time-in-stage
* lead source performance
* Flag data issues, anomalies, or inconsistencies promptly
2. Digital Outreach & Email Campaign Execution
* Execute digital and email outreach campaigns using HubSpot
* Build sequences aligned to agreed job titles, company types, and sectors
* Ensure campaigns follow agreed approval, compliance, and brand processes
* Monitor performance and make iterative improvements to messaging and cadence
3. Pipeline Creation & Early-Stage Qualification
* Support the creation of qualified pipeline through outbound and nurture activity
* Ensure early-stage leads are accurately qualified and correctly staged
* Track conversion rates, drop-offs, and time-in-stage, escalating issues where required
4. Collaboration & Sales Enablement
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline generation
* Provide CRM views, workflows, and reporting that support sales execution
* Translate defined commercial priorities into executable CRM and outreach activity
5. Continuous Improvement
* Use data and reporting to identify what is working and what needs improvement
* Proactively suggest practical improvements to workflows, segmentation, and reporting
* Implement agreed changes accurately and consistently
Core Skills & Experience Essential
* Hands-on experience using HubSpot
* Experience executing email-led digital outreach campaigns
* Strong attention to detail and CRM data discipline
* Comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and reporting
* Action-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery
Desirable
* Experience supporting B2B sales teams
* Exposure to regulated, technical, or complex markets
* Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT)
* Experience working with segmented ICPs and target accounts
