Key Responsibilities Drive new business growth within the UK pharmaceutical shortline market Manage and develop existing key accounts for a pharmaceutical wholesaler Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance Plan and implement effective sales strategies Provide regular sales reports and market feedback, including pricing trends and opportunities Work closely with internal teams to support sales and customer delivery Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years sales experience within pharmaceutical shortlines or pharmaceutical wholesale Proven background in new business development and key account management Confident, analytical, and commercially driven Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels Target-focused with a proactive, results-led approach Comfortable splitting time between office-based and field sales Willing to travel nationally as required Salary & Package £50,000£55,000 per annum Car allowance National role with autonomy and clear commercial ownership This opportunity suits an experienced pharmaceutical wholesale sales professional looking to take ownership of a national shortline portfolio within a growing business.
