As a Customer Data Administrator based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing customer accounts on the system ensuring all contact details are updated and correct
* Managing enquires from customers and branches across the business, including enquires around closing accounts
* Setting up new accounts, managing credit limits and conducting credit checks
* Liaising with credit referencing agencies to complete credit checks
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm.

* Strong attention to detail. You will be manually inputting customer information into the system and it is crucial this is accurate
* Admin experience is desirable
* To be confident working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks
* To be a team player and help out where needed
