This rapid growth training software business has captured the interest of the market with both a unique tech solution and vibrant brand. The magic combination of these elements is proving a real hit with the market, leading to success and growth in customer base and notoriety.
They are looking for an addition to the marketing team to strengthen customer acquisition from existing large enterprise customers, their subsidiaries, and related markets.
The role
You'll work with marketing tools such as LI Campaign Navigator and HubSpot to engage the customer base.
Initially, you'll use a bank of existing content, but as you progress, you'll create your own, developing unique and engaging campaigns. Understanding testing and tracking, you'll refine strategies to maximize efficiency and impact.
Events and in-person engagement are also critical, including expos, conferences, breakfast clubs, and sponsorships—owning the space and staying ahead of industry trends.
The Person
Experience in a similar role is essential. You should confidently discuss your track record in B2B marketing success and generating MQLs or leads.
You will have experience with:
* Running content-driven email campaigns
* Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns
* Strong HubSpot expertise
* Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Creating compelling content
* Designing assets for LinkedIn Ads and Email campaigns
* Being a trusted internal expert and communicator
