Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner ready for your next challenge? Our client, a respected law firm in Leigh-on-Sea, is looking for a driven professional to join their successful Private Client team. Your Role: Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of Private Client law, including:
o Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
o Estate Administration, Trusts, and Taxation
o Court of Protection cases
* Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
* Provide expert, commercially focused legal advice to both new and existing clients
* Support the Head of Department and work as part of a high-performing team to meet targets
* Play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the Private Client department
What We're Looking For: Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor or equivalent Fee Earner experience
* Recent, relevant UK Private Client experience
* Technical expertise in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax, and Court of Protection
* Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
* A collaborative, proactive attitude and a commitment to top-tier service
* STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable
