A highly successful real estate developer and investment founder is looking for a hands on, bright and switched on EA.
A fantastic opportunity to support him and his family with their busy private life, while also assisting with his family's real estate portfolio.A varied role that requires a steady pair of hands, someone who is mature, adaptable, and able to anticipate and problem solve.The role will be based 5 days a week for stunning offices in South West London. Duties will include:
1. Primary point of contact for the principals
2. Efficiently manage principals’ daily schedule
3. Oversee/coordinate properly related matters - utilities, maintenance, renovations, and liaising with related contractors
4. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
5. Handle various personal tasks and errands, such as medical appointments, health insurance
6. Manage household staff – holiday, payroll
7. Assist with financial transactions
8. International travel arrangements
Candidate
9. 5+ years of relevant experience
10. Self-starter, independent thinker with loads of initiative
11. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail
12. Intelligent and confident
13. Capacity to think on your feet and be one step ahead is key
14. Ability to deal with competing priorities, with strong time management skills
