Our client is seeking a Coordinator to work within a busy fuel team. You will be responsible for efficiently planning and scheduling fuel deliveries and communicating with customers. Working within a busy team the role is very busy and varied and the company offer good growth and career opportunities.The company is in the process of relocating to Aldridge but please note that the first few weeks you will be based from the Halesowen site until the move is complete.

The Role:
As a Coordinator, you will:
Take ownership of an allocated Depot fuel management service, by planning, scheduling and processing orders to completion
Maximise the potential fuel income by upselling the fuel management service to meet budgetary targets
Deliver service levels that promote the company, resulting in repeat business and recommendations
Ensure incoming telephone calls and emails are answered quickly and dealt with promptly
Convert incoming telephone and Sales Manager's enquiries.
Liaise with fuel partner where required to outsource fuel deliveries, providing accurate information to ensure deliveries are successful
Ensure customer fuel related callouts/breakdowns are handled professionally, quickly and efficiently
