Lift Repair Estimator
ORONA’s activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernisation of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. Operating in 100 countries, we have 330,000 lifts worldwide using our technology. With 2 manufacturing plants Orona is Number 1 in Europe in terms of complete lift production capacity.
We are looking for a Lift Repairs Estimator to join our Service team to cover the Sunbury area.
As an experienced Lift Engineer you will be responsible for:
1. Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly.
2. Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units.
3. Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations.
4. Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
5. Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
6. Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services.
7. Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.

Requirements
19. Previous experience in the lift industry is essential, ideally in a sales or estimating capacity.
20. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients.
21. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
22. Proficiency in IT tools and systems related to quoting and customer management.
