Are you a proven sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships and closing deals across all price points?
We're a thriving showroom business specialising in high-quality wood-burning stoves, high-end outdoor kitchens, premium fireplaces, and stylish living solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Wadebridge team.
What You'll Be Selling: From efficient wood burners for local homes to luxury designer fireplaces and fully furnished outdoor kitchens for high-end renovations, new builds, and developments – you'll work across our entire product range, including Big Green Egg and bespoke outdoor living solutions.
What We Need:
* Proven sales track record with high-end products
* Ability to engage and close sales with customers at every budget level
* Exceptional customer service skills and consultative approach
* Quick learner ready to become a product expert
* Confident communicator who builds rapport without being pushy
* CRM proficiency (we currently use Simpro)
* Full UK driving licence
What You'll Do:
* Convert showroom visitors and phone enquiries into sales
* Guide customers to the perfect solution for their home and budget
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry to installation coordination
* Work with our Design team on bespoke projects
* Prepare accurate quotations and costings
* Meet and exceed sales targets
