⭐ What you’ll be doing
You’ll receive full training and gradually take ownership of a variety of tasks, including:
* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Setting up new suppliers
* Running weekly BACs payments
* Entering and approving invoices
* Producing daily control reports
* Handling internal and external queries
* Liaising with suppliers
* Managing self‑billed invoices
* Working with Goods In reports
* General admin such as filing and sorting post
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, accurate, and part of a supportive team.

You don’t need years of experience—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Some experience or understanding of purchase ledger or data entry
* Strong attention to detail
* Friendly, positive approach
* Enjoys teamwork and helping others during busy periods
* AAT study or qualification is a bonus, but not essential
