We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, people-focused Sales Account Manager to join our UK team. We develop innovative, industry-leading software, and we need someone who can help showcase our tools to clients, provide top-tier support, and manage key customer accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and manage relationships with customers, acting as their go-to contact for support and account management.

Deliver engaging online demonstrations of our software to potential clients – we’ll provide all the training you need.

Support customers via phone, email, and chat – helping them get the best out of our products.

Assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts, keeping records accurate and up to date.

Work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Stay current with industry and tech trends to better understand customer needs and our unique offering.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.

A passion for technology – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn.

Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle tasks and stay organised.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives on delivering great customer experiences.

Full UK driving licence – our location requires you to be able to drive.
