EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION
The Executive Compensation team is responsible for regulatory reporting, remuneration disclosures, remuneration governance, and responding to European remuneration regulations. The team also manages activities such as public disclosure of Directors Emoluments, senior employee compensation matters, and employee equity queries, along with firmwide projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful individual will be involved in:
* Preparation/review of regulatory submissions
* Determination of Material Risk Taker population
* Preparation/review of public remuneration disclosures
* Drafting responses to regulatory queries
* Preparation of materials for remuneration committee meetings
* Involvement in ad hoc projects related to remuneration rules
* Involvement in director’s emoluments reporting
* Other annual executive remuneration processes
* Coordination with colleagues in the Firmwide Compensation team and departments such as Equity Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Controllers, Legal and Tax
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ideal candidates will have:
* 1-3 years’ reward, compensation or tax experience, preferably in financial or professional services
* Knowledge of Executive Compensation practices and European remuneration regulations is a plus
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to data quality
* Project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Understanding of requirements across firm functions, divisions, and regions
* Client service orientation and a proactive attitude
* Good judgment and flexibility
* Strong Excel skills
* Attention to detail
