The Role: As Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the merchandising function - supporting commercial decisions, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and managing product performance across key categories. You’ll work closely with the wider merchandising and buying teams to ensure products are in the right place, at the right time, and performing to their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage line cards and maintain accurate product and sales data Work closely with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and intake schedules Monitor and analyse sales, stock, and intake to support trading decisions Support forecasting, range planning, and promotional activity Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across systems Identify trading opportunities and risks, providing recommendations to the Merchandiser Maintain a meticulous eye for detail across all areas of work About You: Previous experience in a merchandising or merchandising administration role Confident managing line cards and working with suppliers Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent Excel proficiency Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment Ambitious and keen to progress — this company offers unrivalled development opportunities The Offer: Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (dependent on experience) Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Mon, Wed, Fri) / 2 days WFH Career growth: Clear pathways for progression and development Supportive and collaborative team culture
