Qualifications / Requirements
* Relevant Degree: Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* HCPC Registration: Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Clinical Experience: Specialist or highly specialist experience in dysphagia or related areas.
* Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of communication and swallowing disorders.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
* Adaptability: Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet diverse needs.
* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for travel across sites.
