About the Role
* Support retail customers with foreign exchange options in a environment
* Nurture relationships with customers to understand their travel needs
* Act as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, promoting Travelex products
* Process all FX transactions accurately and efficiently
* Deliver on key performance goals – procedural, operational and customer focused
* Process daily online FX requests and deliveries with keen attention to detail
* Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
Qualifications & Skills
* Great communicator – natural at building relationships and good at listening and understanding customer needs
* Strong desire to succeed – driven to make a difference, enjoy the role and care about impact
* Reference check clearance as part of the onboarding process (supported by the team)
