About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on prospecting, hunting, and uncovering opportunities others miss. This role is focused entirely on identifying high-potential prospects, generating interest through strategic outreach, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.


Position - Remote


What You'll Do

* Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through multiple outbound channels
* Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using a variety of tools, databases, and research methods
* Analyze market signals, company developments, hiring trends, technology stacks, and other indicators to uncover sales opportunities
* Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and sales leaders
* Continuously refine prospecting strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline generation
* Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the CRM
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach effectiveness
* Proactively identify and build entirely new lead pools, industries, or market segments
* Consistently meet and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals


.What We're Looking for

* Proven experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales
* Strong prospecting and research skills with a hunter mentality
* Passion for identifying ideal customer profiles, researching buyer behavior, and uncovering opportunities
* Resourceful, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervision
* Highly entrepreneurial with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy and experienced with modern sales and prospecting tool
* Naturally curious, analytical, and eager to learn
* Ability to quickly adapt, execute proven processes, and contribute new ideas
* Resilient, competitive, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals
