Hours: 3pm-11pm
About the RoleWe are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client based in East Cowes. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
2. Assemble, inspect, and package products to quality standards
3. Maintain a clean and organised work area
4. Follow health & safety procedures at all times
5. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required

6. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred but not essential)
7. Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
