Key Responsibilities: Prepare, marinate, and cook meats, seafood, breads, and vegetables in a tandoor oven Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control Follow recipes and adapt seasoning to maintain authentic flavors Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area Comply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation Minimize waste and assist with inventory control Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef or similar role Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and spices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment Good time management and teamwork skills Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
