FITTER – INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
We’re looking for an experienced Fitter to build large industrial automation machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.
The job:

Build and fit large machines to drawings and build plans
*
Use workshop equipment including lathes, press brakes and lifting gear
*
Work to production targets and deadlines
*
Communicate clearly with production, engineering and operations
*
Support lean manufacturing and 5S in the fitting area
You’ll need:
*
5+ years’ experience fitting or building large machinery
*
Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
*
A reliable, punctual attitude and a strong work ethic
*
Experience with automated or CNC-style machinery (preferred)
*
Forklift licence helpful, not essential
