We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a stunning hotel in the Taunton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative chef who wants full ownership of the menu and the chance to make their mark in a beautiful setting.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating high-quality seasonal dishes, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for hotel guests and visitors. The hotel has a great reputation and is looking for a Head Chef who can take it to the next level.
£45,000 + TIPS
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Passion for French Cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Someone who wants to build and develop a menu they can be proud of
