Change Coordinator – Fully Remote/ 10% Travel - UK based - £55,000
We are seeking an experienced Change Coordinator to help manage a range of exciting new projects at a leading nationwide financial services company. As the business embarks on a significant growth phase, the project delivery team is expanding to meet increasing demands.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the delivery of projects, focusing on planning, direction, and execution of organisational change initiatives.
* Ensure seamless project progress and promote efficient change management.
* Align projects with the company’s broader strategic objectives and technology transformation efforts.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in supporting project change management.
* Understanding of the wealth management/IFA industry.
* Proven experience in managing and mitigating project risks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
