Full Time - 36 Hours a week ( Half Day Friday )
As a key member of the Instrument Assembly team, you'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and packing sub-assemblies and instruments to the highest quality standards. You'll also support a range of production and warehouse tasks across the site, ensuring we meet customer demands efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and test instruments according to production and quality standards
Pack products with care and accuracy
Adhere to lean manufacturing and health & safety principles
Work flexibly across different areas of production as needed
Accurately record stock usage and maintain production documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancementsWhat We're Looking For
Experience in a hands-on production or assembly environment (desirable, not essential)
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
