The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the front line of the sales function, responsible for generating pipeline and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll gain invaluable experience through outbound activity, relationship building, and direct mentorship from senior sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, door knocking, and targeted outbound activity
* Build and nurture relationships with potential customers
* Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities
* Book high-quality meetings for senior members of the sales team
* Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn how deals are managed and closed
* Accurately track activity and performance using CRM systems
* Represent the business professionally in the field
