Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Brackley. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for
* Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and getting appointments for the Business Development Manager.
* Daily tasks include telemarketing, scouting for leads and business opportunities.
* Reaching out to set up meetings and discovery calls, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry.
* Familiarity with Pipedrive or CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
