Clinical Negligence Solicitor- 5 years PQE Full time, permanent (37.5hrs) Flexi time & Hybrid working Salary dependant on PQE Bonus scheme available
We are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to join our client's Medical Negligence team due to growth within the business.

Main duties: Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion. Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters. Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments. Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service
What we need from you: 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience. Autonomous and self sufficient. Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance. Strong technical and IT skills.
