Join Our Client's Team as a Vehicle Panel/MET Technician in Royal Wootton Bassett
Our client, a reputable and family-owned automotive accident repair centre with over 53 years of service, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Panel/MET Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, manufacturer-approved bodyshop offering long-term career prospects.

* Hours: 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch
Duties:
* Conduct high-quality body repairs on various vehicle makes and models
* Remove, refit, and repair panels, doors, trims, and other components, adhering to manufacturer standards
* Repair or replace damaged panels efficiently and accurately
* Ensure all repairs are completed on time and to the expected quality standards
* Work collaboratively within the team to meet workshop deadlines
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Specification:
* Experience as a Vehicle Panel Technician or MET/Strip Fit Technician, recent or current
* Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential; strong on-the-job experience is welcomed
* Good eye for detail with a meticulous approach
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Capacity to multitask effectively
* UK driving licence with minimal points
* ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards is advantageous but not required
