Job Description
The Performance Analyst will sit within the Slots team working alongside the Regional Slots Managers to provide the necessary data and information to help grow the revenue through analysis of key products as well as highlighting opportunities and driving efficiencies.

Main Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
1. Report on product, player and venue performance including analysis of KPIs, stakes, win and margin performance
2. Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to enhance understanding of performance and drive improvements
3. Identify trends and opportunities within the reports to optimise performance and translate them into actionable insights
4. Champion best practice in performance analysis, supporting the Slots team in improving and leveraging data effectively
5. Create performance-tracking reports for new products, assessing ROI and informing further developments
6. Work closely with the Slots Team, providing insight and assistance where necessary
7. Collaborate with suppliers on accessing, utilising and optimising 3rd party data
8. Contribute to ad-hoc projects that provide new level of insights and the evaluation of new revenue opportunities or cost-saving initiatives
9. Stay up to date with industry developments including new reporting tools that will further benefit the business
Qualifications
Qualifications
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry
11. Understanding of slots and gaming industry and the key performance drivers
12. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking and a customer-centric approach
13. Results driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
14. Comfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analytics
15. Experience working with visualization tools to present insights effectively
16. Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders, building trust and collaboration
Additional Information
The role is hybrid 3 days a week onsite in our Maidenhead Head Office.
