Involvement in extra-curricular activities such as supporting in a Drama club and/or in a school production, is favourable, but not essential. Knowledge and skills Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good understanding of how children learn Ability to adapt teaching to meet students’ needs Ability to build effective working relationships with students. Knowledge of safeguarding children.
