Base pay range
Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).
We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems
The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.
About the Role~
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage sales across selected accounts and territories within EMEA. You’ll play a key part in growing customer relationships and supporting product and market development activities.
Role Responsibilities~
* Own and manage a portfolio of accounts in the region
* Provide customer support from technical insight to commercial negotiation
* Identify new opportunities across customers, products and partners
* Contribute to regional sales planning and forecasting
* Support customers during new product development
What you'll need~
* Degree level education or equivalent experience
* Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or manufacturing sectors
* Commercial awareness with exposure to channel marketing
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
* Fluency in English is essential but would be beneficial if you spoke German or Italian

* Skilled in negotiation, problem solving and prioritisation
* Comfortable with autonomy and remote working
* Fluency in another European language – ideally Italian or German – would be a strong advantage
