Clinical Teaching Assistant Location: Kempston Full-Time | Permanent Start Date: September £460 - £500 per week Sector: Education and training, Mental Health & Clinical Support As a Clinical Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a specialist, multi-disciplinary team supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs, medical conditions, and complex care requirements. Working closely with both clinical and teaching professionals, you'll provide vital classroom support while also assisting with therapeutic interventions and emotional regulation strategies in the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities: Support students with complex mental health, emotional, and behavioural needs. Assist with daily care routines and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clinical staff. Deliver one-to-one and small group support, promoting emotional regulation and resilience. Contribute to personalised learning and behaviour support plans. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to ensure holistic support. Ideal Candidate: A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field. Experience (or strong interest) in mental health, youth work, education, or support work.
