Position: Administrative Staff

Salary Range: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Staff who will work closely with senior management, providing reliable administrative support to help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
The role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing and managing documentation, organising diaries and schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with coordination across teams. The position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accuracy in administrative processes, and effectively support senior management within a structured and fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to senior management and leadership teams
* Handle paperwork, documentation, and form completion accurately
* Manage calendars, schedules, and diary coordination
* Draft, review, and respond to emails and correspondence
* Assist in preparation and completion of partnership documentation
* Perform data entry, reporting, and document preparation using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, maintaining professionalism when dealing with senior management matters and internal communications
* Maintain organized records and filing systems
* Support a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks as required
* Coordinate and communication with multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Support additional administrative tasks as required by the management
Required Qualifications and Personnel Specifications
Essential:
* Undergraduate degree in any discipline
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong command of written and spoken English
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn by doing
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with GDPR standards
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable:
* Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
