Chef de Partie – Oxford – £27,067 per year + overtime rate. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30, with occasional Saturdays (around 6 per year).
Responsibilities
 * Running your own section and maintaining high food and safety standards
 * Preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch and hospitality events
 * Supporting with menu cycles, food preparation and service
 * Assisting with functions and occasional weekend work on a rota
 * Covering reduced hours during school holiday periods
What we’re looking for
 * NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent)
 * Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
 * An Enhanced DBS check
 * A chef with a real passion for food and high standards
 * Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens
 * Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
What we offer
 * £27,067 annual salary
 * Overtime at £21.06 per hour
 * Daytime hours - Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
